Insurance

I don't accept insurance plans at this time. I do provide "super bills" that you are able to submit to your insurance for self-reimbursement.  You can call your insurance provider and ask how much they reimburse for "out of network providers". 

 

If you do not plan to submit to insurance, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, per the 2022 No Surprises Act. Click here for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
